    • The Diamond Refills, cleans and tests automatically over 230 OEM cartridge models –including photo & new cartridges like the HP 02 Series HP 60 , HP 901, Lexmark 2x & 4x Series as well as Canon PG & LC Series.
    • The Diamond tests the cartridges before the process of refilling take space and again after the refilling is complete. This assures that the store saves money, time, and customer satisfaction. This assures customer satisfaction and that your business saves money and time.
    • Refills up to 4 different cartridges simultaneously: if multiple customers bring in black & color cartridges at the same time, all cartridges will be refilled in approximately 10 minutes. If more than one cartridge is being filled, the systematic directions automatically jump to the proper screen when the cartridge is full. Print test and packaging directions are displayed last.
    • Operating system is PLC Technology with touch screen prompts. Our system will not crash as Windows based machines do as a result of electrical power outages or surges.
    • The built in tester has the capability to convert cartridges (for example; hp cartridge #27 into hp cartridge #21). It also tests cartridges electronically, resets ink levels in test slot #1, #2, #3 & #8, and verifies print quality. Test pins automatically retract to avoid breakage.
    • Digital vacuum chamber: Refills cartridge to the exact OEM pressure specs. This advanced process uses our U. S. Patent Pending technology.
    • 11 individual ink lines: All ink is housed inside custom design 1500ml sliding metal containers
    • Heated, low frequency, ultrasonic dip tub with automatic drain built-in to the counter top
    • Software updating for new OEM cartridges is easy: With a password you may manually insert a flash drive, and an update pop-up window appears automatically; the update process is complete in less than 4 minutes. Updates may also be completed via the internet.
    • Upgrade capability for changes made to current cartridges or new cartridges.
    • Easy to operate with as little as 2 hour of training.
    • Refills to the same ink level a OEM cartridge, so that the cartridge will yield the proper number of pages.
    • Built in storage for cradles, transport clips and all accessories.
    • Service is easy: all major parts are designed to easily snap out/in for easy replacement.
