Advantages of JT 219 Refill Kiosk

 

  • Refills, cleans and tests more than 130 OEM cartridge models - including photo ,HP 02 Series, Lexmark 2x & 4x Series,  Canon PG & CL Series

 

  • Refills up to 4 cartridges simultaneously: if multiple customers bring in black & color cartridges at the same time, all cartridges will be refilled in approximately 15 minutes.  If more than one cartridge is being filled, the systematic directions automatically jump to the proper screen when the cartridge is full. Print test and packaging directions are displayed last

 

  • Operating system is PLC Technology with touch screen prompts. System will not crash as other Windows based machines due to electrical power outages or surges.

 

  • The built in tester resets ink levels in slots #1,#2, & #3 *Tester pins automatically retract to avoid breakage.

 

  • Digital vacuum chamber: Refills cartridge to the exact OEM pressure specs. This advanced process uses our  Patent Pending technology

 

  • 11 individual ink lines: All ink is housed inside custom 2 liter sliding metal containers

 

  • Heated, low frequency,  ultrasonic dip tub with automatic drain built-in to the counter top

 

  • Simple to update:  Insert flash drive, update pop-up window appears automatically. With password, update is complete in less than 4 minutes. Updates can also be completed via the internet

 

  • Upgrade capability for changes made to current cartridges or new cartridges

 

  • Easy to operate with as little as 1 hour of training

 

  • Refills to the same ink level as OEM cartridge: your customers will not complain that they are not getting the right amount of pages from the refill
